DC-022D Prewired Flush Mount DC Power Jack Bulkhead

The M12 Thread Panel Mount DC Power Jack is a durable, high-reliability female barrel connector designed for secure bulkhead / chassis / flush mounting in equipment enclosures. Featuring a standard M12 thread, this robust connector screws firmly into panels (typically 1–6 mm thick), providing excellent mechanical strength, vibration resistance, and a clean, low-profile appearance on the exterior surface.

Available in the two most popular center pin sizes — 5.5 × 2.0 mm and 5.5 × 2.5 mm — it ensures wide compatibility with standard DC power plugs used worldwide. The jack is conservatively rated for DC 30V / 3A minimum (often supporting higher current in practice), delivering stable, low-resistance power connections even under continuous load.

Customers can select wire gauges of 18AWG, 20AWG, or 22AWG according to current requirements and flexibility needs. Cable lengths are fully customizable from 50 mm to 1500 mm. The free end can be supplied as neatly pre-tinned leads for direct soldering or terminated with convenient crimp connectors such as the JST VH3.96 2-pin, enabling fast, tool-free system integration.
