This heavy-duty DC power jack female connector is engineered for superior performance and longevity in demanding environments. At its core is a premium-grade brass shell with a precision M11 threaded panel mount, providing a secure, robust, and vibration-resistant flush or chassis mount installation. It incorporates our DC-022K socket, functionally equivalent to industry-standard parts (Tensility 54-00061/00060, GlobTek JACK-L-PANEL-8A(R)), which is then overmolded with a high-grade sealant to create a permanently waterproofed unit. This assembly, combined with the included threaded protective plug cover, achieves an IP65 waterproof rating, ensuring reliable operation in dusty conditions and against water jets for outdoor applications.

Rated for a minimum of DC 50V at 10A, this connector supports substantial power loads. It is offered with the two most common center pin sizes (5.5x2.0mm and 5.5x2.5mm) for wide compatibility with standard plugs. To match specific power and space requirements, customization is offered with three robust wire gauges (18AWG, 20AWG, or 22AWG) and cable lengths from 50mm to 1500mm. The termination end is also flexible, available with stripped and tinned leads or a pre-installed crimp connector, such as a JST VH3.96 2-pin plug, for easy and secure mating.
