Designed as an M12 threaded panel mount bulkhead (also known as a flush or chassis mount), it ensures a secure, vibration-resistant, and waterproof installation. For enhanced protection, a threaded plug cover is included to achieve an IP65 waterproof rating, making the assembly dust-tight and resistant to low-pressure water jets, ideal for extended outdoor use in harsh weather conditions.

The connector offers high-current performance, rated for DC 30V at 5A, and is available with two standard center pin sizes: 5.5x2.0mm and 5.5x2.5mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of common DC power plugs. It is built with a durable overmolded seal that provides excellent strain relief and cable integrity.

Customization is a core feature of this product. You can select from three robust wire gauges—18AWG, 20AWG, or 22AWG—to match your current requirements, with cable lengths available from 50mm to 1500mm. The free end of the cable can be terminated to your specifications, with options including stripped and tinned wire leads or a pre-attached industry-standard crimp connector such as a JST VH3.96 2-pin plug or ring terminals for quick and secure mating.
