This product is a professional-grade, rear-mount bulkhead DC power jack extension cable assembly, engineered to provide a secure, waterproof, and reliable interface for external power connections. Designed specifically for cabinet and panel integration, it features an M11 threaded mount that installs from the rear of the panel. This rear-mount design ensures a clean, finished appearance on the front face of the enclosure while allowing for easy internal cable management and secure fastening from behind.

A key feature is its robust IP65-rated waterproof protection. This is achieved through a multi-layered sealing system: the rear side is sealed at the bulkhead entry point to prevent moisture ingress into the enclosure, while the front jack opening is protected by either a threaded waterproof plug or a GX12 screw-on dustproof cap when not in use. This dual-sealing design makes the assembly ideal for outdoor, marine, or industrial environments exposed to dust and water.

The DC power jack accepts standard barrel plugs with two common center pin size options: 5.5mm x 2.1mm or 5.5mm x 2.5mm, offering compatibility with a wide range of power supplies and devices. It is electrically rated for DC 30V at 5A, supporting power delivery up to 150 watts. The overmolded cable is available in three wire gauge options—24AWG, 22AWG, or 20AWG—with custom lengths from 100mm to 1000mm, balancing current capacity and flexibility.
