Available in three wire gauges—22AWG, 24AWG, or 26AWG—with cable lengths from 50mm to 1500mm, it offers four distinct USB pinout configurations: a 2-wire (Vbus, GND) for power-only setups, a 4-wire (Vbus, GND, D+, D-) for standard USB 2.0 data transfer, and two 6-wire options. Configuration 3 adds CC1 and CC2 pins for USB Power Delivery communication, while Configuration 4 includes SUB1 and SUB2 pins to support Alternate Mode functionalities.
Additional customizations are available to optimize charging performance. The assembly can be equipped with two 5.1kΩ pull-down resistors to enable USB PD charging or with two 56kΩ pull-up resistors for compatibility with Apple iPhone 15/16/17 models, delivering up to 5V/1A charging. The free end of the cable can be tailored to your requirements, with options including bare tinned leads, crimp connectors (e.g., Dupont or JST types), or a finished USB Type-C male plug for a complete cable solution.
