Featuring a robust screw-lock mechanism, this female USB-C socket installs firmly through panels (typically 1–10 mm thick), ensuring vibration-resistant, reliable connections in demanding environments. The fully overmolded construction enhances durability, strain relief, and environmental protection.

Built with premium UL1007 black PVC cable containing 9 wires — VBUS and GND on thick 20AWG for high-current handling, plus D+, D-, SUB1, SUB2, CC1, CC2, and Shield on 26AWG — it supports full USB functionality including charging, data transfer, and configuration. Rated for DC 30V / 5A, this cable delivers stable power delivery up to 150W potential (depending on system) while maintaining excellent signal integrity.

Cable lengths are fully customizable from 50 mm to 1500 mm to fit your installation needs. The free end can be supplied as clean pre-tinned leads for soldering or terminated with popular crimp connectors such as JST XH, PH, or Molex series for seamless integration into your devices.
